Breath work and a Journey with Sound waves
We will start the session by doing circular breath-work for about 20 minutes. After this we will go into a deeper meditative breath-work with yogic slow breath for around 5 minutes , this will be in a seated position for activation of the stream of energy in all part of your body. The session will end with a deeper sound journey with the sound of gongs, singing bowls, shaman drums, voice and overtones plus other instruments.
Our aim is to give you a space and time where you can enter into a deep relaxed state of mind. To allow for you to enter into deep awareness of your relaxed body. When we create this soundscape our vision is to let you find slowness and softness in your self. Hopefully it will bring you peace and harmony that gives you healing and a release from anything that is painful or held.

With her strong vitality, presence and raw energy, Liv Seiff, is an accomplished, entertaining and experienced spaceholder. She is fearless, straight to the point and teaching with lots of humour and love she makes people feel secure. Through her own energywork she has gotten a unique insight into sexual energy and energy orgasms.
She has experience from different tantra-styles and is hosting workshops and seminars in sexual energy. She believes that sexual energy is the fastest way to connect to spirituality. and the fastest way to release the old stuff you don't need anymore. Since 2008 she has held six to seven Reiki-courses every year, most of them sold out and all with great reviews. She is Oslo-based, from her place in the forest, and has background as journalist and photographer.
Shake your sexy body:
We will shake shake shake and practice some simple methods to experience pleasure, energy orgasms and sexual energy (life-force).
It will be fun, exciting, sensual and pure pleasure. We will use elements from Osho's famous Kundalini Shake, focusing on pleasure, to really feel sensuality and raw sexual energy, working with breath, sound, movement.
There will also be other enjoyable sensuous exercises opening up to more sensuality, more pleasure - and the unique sexual beings we truly are. And perhaps you will feel into some energy orgasms too. This is going to be awesome! Loose clothing - and layer upon layer is a good choice. It might get quite warm - hot actually! and afterwards - you are all warmed up for the Ecstatic dance.
What opened me up to sexual energy was Reiki. This workshop is a perfect way to really revitalise and to open up for more energy. The workshop is a super fast introduction to reiki, a proper Speed-Reiki session, mostly based on experiencing Reiki. You will get reiki activated in your hands temporary, we will use reiki on each other - share our experiences and finish with an amazing group-reiki.
After the workshop you can use Reiki throughout the whole Reboot Weekend to relax, get your energy back, recharge and Reboot - and the same when you get back home.

Her practise grew out of a deeply rooted yang condition and she spent many years in meditation learning how to relax. In that process she started a dedicated study as to why we run away from the now.
She unveiled a mycelium of collective programming in the human condition making it hard to relax in the now moment and a journey back to her original nature as a soul began. She understands this process deeply, but even more effectively, she vibrates this knowledge from her cells as she teaches the process to others.
How to learn to simply be? What makes it hard to relax? And how to find pure enjoyable relaxation in just being present in the now moment with yourself?
